Shipping & Returns
Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can use this tracking number to check the real-time status of your delivery directly on the carrier’s website.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
All orders must be shipped to a valid physical address to ensure safe and trackable delivery.
You can specify a different delivery address during checkout or when placing your order manually.
Please note that having separate billing and shipping addresses may affect tax or VAT calculations, depending on your location.

Only full, unopened rolls can be returned.

“Cut-to-measure” or custom-length fabrics cannot be returned or refunded.

Shipping costs, customs duties, and any additional fees related to the return are the customer’s responsibility.

If your original order included free shipping or a discounted delivery, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Fabrics must be returned intact, rolled, and not folded to maintain quality standards.
Once the returned goods are received and inspected at our warehouse, a credit memo or refund confirmation will be issued.
