Delivery times depend on your selected shipping method and destination:

Free Promotional Shipping

Samples may be shipped using economy or standard carriers.
Tracking may not be available for small or lightweight sample shipments unless an expedited option is selected.
Expedited & Express Shipping
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Carrier-provided delivery estimates apply; however, delays caused by the carrier are outside our control and are not refundable.
4. Holidays & Weather Delays
National holidays, extreme weather, natural events, or customs inspections may affect delivery times.
Tissue Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by these or other factors beyond our control.

We ship internationally using major carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, and local postal services.

6. Fabric Packaging & Roll Shipping
Depending on the fabric type, quantity, and destination, orders may be shipped as:
- Single-fold rolls
- Double-fold rolls
- Folded and boxed shipments
Packaging is selected to ensure product protection and efficient shipping.
While we aim to accommodate customer preferences, specific packaging formats cannot be guaranteed.
