1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- in the same condition as received,
- unused, uncut, unwashed, and unaltered,
- returned with original tags and packaging,
- accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Cut or custom-length fabric is not eligible for return.

Our Customer Care team will provide detailed instructions and the correct return address.
Items sent back without prior approval may be refused.
4. Damages and Issues
All fabrics undergo strict quality inspection before shipment.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if:
- you received a defective or damaged item beyond acceptable allowances, or
- you received the wrong item.
Claims submitted after 7 days, or for fabrics that have been cut, altered, or washed, cannot be accepted.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- gift cards,
- fabric swatches or samples,
- final sale or clearance items,
- custom-cut or made-to-order fabrics,
- custom products (such as made-to-measure items),
- cutting fees, expedited shipping, or processing charges.
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before initiating a return.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please complete the return process first and then place a new order for the replacement product.
7. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Refund processing times vary by bank or card issuer.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card provider.
- Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

9. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of the returned item.
If the order was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
10. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Original delivery fees are non-refundable.
Tissue Boutique is not responsible for third-party alterations, sewing services, or other modifications performed after purchase.
Delivery times for returned or exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
